At The Nomad Community, we are proud to deliver handmade products that each have their own unique beauty. However, if you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 10 days of arrival, simply reach out and let us know; our customer service team will be happy to provide a full refund upon receipt of the returned order. Please note however, shipping costs associated with returns/exchanges must be covered by the buyer and all items must meet our return standards in order to qualify for refunds or exchanges.

Orders purchased more than 24 hours before or after a promotional period are not subject to price adjustments.


SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINE 
Your order will be on its way to you shortly; leaving our facility in Switzerland within 5-6 business days of your purchase. It's then shipped via Posts priority mail and should arrive at it's destination within 3-4 business days from departure, for a fixed price of 9CHF - although please bear in mind that delivery times may vary during promotional periods.

When ordering from outside Switzerland, there may be additional taxes and customs duties that vary by region. Please ensure your home country's regulations are followed to avoid any unexpected charges at the time of delivery; note that delays due to custom procedures cannot be avoided or refunded. All international packages can typically be tracked during transit where available, though it is important you contact us if an add-on service such as upgraded shipping with insurance coverage would better suit your needs before placing a new order! LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
Delivery mishaps are a part of life, and we want to make sure you're taken care of if your shipment isn't delivered as expected. If the unfortunate happens and your package is stolen or lost in transit, rest assured our team will do everything possible to help get it sorted out for you - though please note that these efforts may be limited if confirmation can be provided by the shipper that delivery was made successfully at its intended address.
